FAQ

Common Questions

How much space do you need? ▾
We typically need a 16' W × 20' D × 11' H area minimum. We can work indoors or outdoors — garages, living rooms, backyards, event halls. When you book, just describe your space and we'll let you know if it works. We are currently working towards a smaller indoor set up.
Do I need to provide anything? ▾
Just a 20-amp, 120-volt circuit within 50 ft of the set up area. We bring everything else — the screen, projector, sensors, mat, and clubs. If you have your own clubs you love, bring those too!
Do you travel outside Baton Rouge? ▾
Yes! We serve the greater Baton Rouge area and surrounding parishes. For events further out, a travel fee may apply. Contact us with your location and we'll work something out.
What is the weather policy? ▾
We take everyone's safety seriously and south Louisiana weather can change in an instance. We will monitor the weather closely for outside events and confirm your event 24 hrs in advanced. If the weather doesn't permit an outside event, we can move the party inside. If an inside option is not available, you can reschedule your event at no extra charge. Rescheduled events need to be within 180 days from the original event.
How far in advance should I book? ▾
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks out to guarantee your date, especially on weekends. That said, reach out even for last-minute events — we'll do our best to make it happen.
